We had Jason and his apprentice out to our house today. We had a leak coming from our bathroom into our roof. They diagnosed the issue and luckily it was not a blown pipe. From the moment they showed up, just pure professionalism. I was waiting for the upsell on something; it never came. They were very straightforward and honest on the issue I had and they didn’t try to turn it into something it wasn't. That goes a long way with me. I will definitely be recommending them to my clients in the future. Top notch company.

When I had the 1st water leak in a guest bathroom, Capital City Plumbing &Drain (CCPD), did a good job to replace broken pipes. After that, while the bathroom was repaired the 2nd water leak happed. I called CCPD again. Nathan and an assistant Jake came to replace the rest of the old pipes. They also did a good job. I told Nathan that I would like to renovate my guest bathroom. He told me that his company can remove the bathtub/shower and tile wall. The next day Nathan and Jake came back to remove them. Nathan told me that a linear shower drain is currently popular, so that he made it install easily as one of my choices. The costs of pipe replacement and tub/tile removal were very reasonable. He also gave me a good advice for the bathroom renovation. When I renovate the bathroom, I would like to ask Nathan to do the plumbing. I recently found another small water leak. Nathan investigated what it caused and quickly resolved the issue. Nathan is very skillful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and can be fully trusted with any plumbing work. He is a total professional.

Wanted to leave a positive review to this group. We had some sewage backup due to some roots protruding through some pipes on the front side of the house. Jenny was very informative, understood the problems I was having and provided a general explanation regarding services required. Jenny was very responsive and got her team out to the residence fairly quickly. The plumbers that came out were all very knowledgeable, clearly took pride in their work, and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend Capital City to friends and family - that’s how good they were!
